There have been a plethora of psychometric measurements used over the years in an endeavour to accurately create “Best Fit” for job, sport, board membership, relationship, further education etc. These instruments have generally been in one of the following categories: intelligence, emotional capability, personality, cognitive functioning, aptitude, and team participation.
